The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was a short walking distance to food outlets and shopping malls. The room rate was very reasonable.

The breakfast is wonderful. It's better than most of those of 5 stars hotels.
The location is poor & in an unsafe area. Also, rooms are the worst part of the hotel. Theybare old & small with a bad air conditioning.

The hotel is in a location that’s not too far from the airport and close to shops and restaurants. It has a lot of conveniences, such as smoking rooms and a pool area. the lobby and rooms have some charm to them, and the staff is attentive.

We occupied a family room that is actually for 4 pax and since we were five, we requested for an extra bed and to our surprise, we were given two extra beds while paying only for one bed that really gave us extra comfort so instead of staying overnight only we stayed two nights. The location is very accessible to our planned itineraries even its our first time as a family in manila and we had no idea where really to go. We were surprised that most of the places were only few minutes from the hotel (moa, oceanpark, rizal park, intramuros, quiapo church, manila zoo, star city, roxas blvd and the ccp. The buffet style breakfast was indeed good enough for a low cost accommodation.
The shower room is quite small for a family room. It cant accommodate two at a time when you're speeding up.

The swimming pool and free shutle buss for Asia Mall, the highest mall for Asia. The food was also very good and they offer us an appartement instead a simple twin room. They also made early check in and offer us the airport transfer.

Lobby area, swimming pool, security staff, big fridge. Unable to sign for restaurant use due to mistake by reception staff-had to pay cash to an indignant restaurant manager even though I had deposited a substantial sum at reception to enable signing for restaurant use etc. This was embarrassing in front of my invited guests.Did not use the restaurant again.Restaurant management totally indifferent.
No room safe, poor internet wi-fi, very poor breakfast service (see below *),did not see the point in kitchen fittings in room when no cooking facilities provided,no utensils or cutlery,no ironing/pressing (must use hotel laundry service) allowed in room, very poor & dangerous bath/shower set up (especially for elderly and children).* although breakfast food quality was ok it was spoiled by very poor service - plenty of waiting staff but they spent most of their time talking amongst each other, tables were not cleared quickly & had to constantly ask for replenishment of coffee/tea etc.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
